Clay Manship


Clay Manship is a real estate entrepreneur based out of Indianapolis, IN. When he is not working in his real estate ventures, he is passionate about serving on the board of several non-profits, including The Manship Foundation.

Clay lives in downtown Indianapolis, and enjoys spending his down-time with his wife Diana and dogs, Mack and Riley.

Evan Manship


Alongside his twin brother Clay, Evan co-founded Mainstay Property Group, Midwest Cash Offer, and The Manship Foundation. Evan has a background in ground-up real estate development, an area that The Manship Foundation will soon explore, in order to provide hundreds of affordable units to the marketplace.

Evan lives on Eagle Creek Reservoir, along with his wife, Emily, and daughter, Elizabeth

Ashley Bowling

Chief Operating Officer

Ashley Bowling serves on behalf of The Manship Foundation, managing and improving operations to combat the affordable housing crisis across the United States. Serving for The Manship Foundation is where she fulfills her passion to create a positive impact in the world around her. When Ashley is not at work, she is at home in Mapleton-Fall Creek with her Boxer, Norris.

Andre Guadron

Housing Solutions Manager

Andre is a real estate professional who began his career remodeling houses, and later made his way to working at a national multifamily development firm. Working for The Manship Foundation has been a convergence of passions for Andre, presenting the opportunity to love his neighbors, in an industry he loves. He finds nothing quite as exciting as building places where communities and families can thrive – providing for others, as God has provided for him. Andre lives in downtown Indianapolis, where he enjoys the infinite different trails he can walk with friends and family.
