Parlaying the experience of its founders with the competitive real estate market, The Manship Foundation sells homes to families making less than 80% of the Average Median Income (AMI) of the subject property’s zip code.
Further, The Manship Foundation provides qualified home buyers with a down payment grant up to $10,000. This allows most families to move into their new home without the burden of a large down payment, and can instead spend the money on making the home their own.
The Manship Foundation works carefully with several municipal partners as well as complimentary private sector companies to provide a desirable, affordable product to its new home owners.
